1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Listove AI website and software ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal or business reselling activity. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the Service itself as a service to third parties without our written permission.

3. One-Time Payment & Lifetime Access

Listove AI is sold as a one-time payment with no recurring subscription fees. "Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the product, for the account and payment method purchased. Access is tied to the user account, not transferable, and subject to these terms. We reserve the right to discontinue the product with reasonable notice if required by law or business circumstances.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any marketplace's terms of service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, rate limits, or technical protection.
  • Create fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings or content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service, its servers, or connected networks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code of the Service are owned by Listove AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The trademarks of Wallapop, Vinted, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, MercadoLibre, Leboncoin, Kleinanzeigen, and OLX belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility.

7. No Guarantee of Results

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, sales, rankings, or revenue. Results vary based on product, pricing, market demand, and marketplace conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listove AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Listove AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
