1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listove AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listove AI is an AI-powered platform that generates optimized product listings for multiple e-commerce platforms. We use Google Gemini AI to create titles, descriptions, and other listing content based on your input.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier users are limited to 5 generations per month.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all product listings and content generated through the Service. Listove AI claims no intellectual property rights over generated output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to generate misleading or fraudulent listings, to attempt to bypass usage limits, or to resell the Service without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Listove AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to inaccurate listings or platform policy violations.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
